Wieslawa Dabrowska runs her own legal practice. As a co-operating lawyer, she will be providing legal counseling and legal services for the firm as needed.
She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998 and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario (then The Law Society of Upper Canada) in 2000.
She has also obtained a Master’s of law degree from the University of Warsaw, in Poland, in 1979, and graduated with Honours. During her university years she received several President of University of Warsaw prizes for her performances as a student.
After being admitted to the bar in Poland in 1984, she was working as a legal counsel for social services and mineral mine companies, and for a consumer protection government organization, for over 10 years, before coming to Canada and enrolling in Osgoode Hall Law School.
In 2000, she opened her own law office in Mississauga. She mostly practices residential real estate law, family law, wills and estates.
She also advises on immigration matters to her clients.
She has been writing on law issues in Polish community newspapers and has also given seminars to the Polish community listeners. That is all pro-bono work.
